Define the work

Our staff do anything with a computer, and an internet connection.


Select a template and customize as you need. Once we understand the workflow, time to completion, turn-around time, etc. we’ll get you a price.

Assemble and train

Once we understand the work and skill sets needed, we’ll assemble your team. Training can take anywhere from 5 to 30 days , depending on team size and task complexity.
 

Keeping lines of communication open is paramount; your team reports to you on a daily or weekly basis and goes through regular reviews.

Optimize and scale

You’ll have our operations manager and the QA and Compliance team on your side to help optimize your workforce. The hiring and onboarding process for new agents is streamlined, which means you’re able to quickly scale and integrate workflow changes.
