Impact Sourcing

In the last 30 years, the global BPO industry has lifted millions of people out of poverty.
We want to do the same for our employees. Our goal is to set as many people as possible for impact sourcing work that pays at least 3 times the poverty line. We want to move them into the middle-class as soon as possible and convert them from wage earners to capital owners.

Your decision to choose our superior labor outsourcing system makes a positive impact on our agents’ lives, their families, and communities. From our pool of middle-class wage earners, we grow a new generation of capital owners whose businesses indirectly benefit their neighborhood.

Expanding our Impact on Fair Trade Outsourcing Employees

Since its inception, several employees have been approved for a Zero-Interest Microloan for Business.

Two agents have a PisoNet shop, another agent is expanding her small sari-sari store, and one agent has already put up his own convenience store. All these budding entrepreneurs have made their dreams of capital ownership come true through the company's Zero-Interest Microloan for Business program.

Our Zero-Interest Microloan Program, also known as Motors for Progress, have helped our employees optimize their time.

Our agents who live outside of the city were able to shorten the time they spend on the road and increase their personal time for other important things. With a motor of their own, our agents have the freedom to take a shorter and safer route to wherever they want to go.

We have helped more than 50 employees raise their English Proficiency levels and earn more in the process.

Our agents undergo a cycle of learning experiences and benchmark tests that enable them to build their capacity and uplevel. Achievement is linked to compensation and will qualify them to take on higher level work and progress in life.

Through our Catastrophe Assistance Program, we have made it easier for our employees to receive financial assistance in times of calamity, death in the family, and medical emergency.

This program takes away the financial burden of paying for medical costs that were excluded from public health insurance and HMO coverage. It also eases the pain and grief of losing a loved one or losing one's home to a fire by giving the agent and his or her family the financial assistance to help them cope with such a tragedy.

Impact Sourcing Resources

Impact Sourcing: Outsourcing with social impact

Outsourcing not only provides competitive advantages to businesses, but also opens up opportunities for a wider range of people and communities in dynamic economic sectors. Business leaders are beginning to think more about how they can play a more active role in bringing opportunity to underprivileged communities throughout the world.

What is Impact Sourcing Business

We’ve heard of small businesses in the retail industry taking advantage of the craftsmanship and low-cost wages of weavers and jewelry makers in Asian countries. The IT-BPO industry is also doing the same thing, and this is what impact sourcing is all about. So, how do you identify an impact sourcing business?

What is sustainable outsourcing and why should you care?

Because of globalization, businesses now have an interdependent, mutually beneficial, and collaborative relationship with one another. Your business can overcome any challenge that comes along when you’re closely connected to healthy economic, social and environmental systems. And, these systems can be found in outsourcing.
