Technical Customer Support Representative
Hierarchy: You’ll report to Floor Managers, Shift Managers and Manager on Duty
Team: Operations
Start date: As soon as possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries for the account via telephone (VOIP)
- Address customer questions and concerns and resolve such inquiries
- Assist through troubleshooting app functions
- Log topics of customer service inquiries, resolutions, and escalations
- Answer calls in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain customer service availability hours of 8:00am-8:00pm EST, Monday-Sunday
Requirements:
- Open to 18 years old and Above
- Good English Communication Skills
- Schedule Flexible
- Must be willing to work onsite
- with BPO experience
